Healthy Vegetable Dip

Serves: 2 cups
  • 1½ cups greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup olive oil mayo
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped dill
  • ½ teaspoon Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt (half the amount if using table salt)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  1. In a bowl, combine greek yogurt, mayo and fresh herbs and spices.
  2. Allow to set in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Serve with your choice of vegetables; carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, watermelon radishes, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers.
  4. Enjoy :)
