Edible Cookie Dough

  • 3/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment and spread the flour on the paper. Bake for 7-10 minutes until flour is a light brown and reaches a temperature of 170 degrees F. Allow flour to cool completely.
  • Using a mixer, cream together butter and sugars. Add in vanilla extract, milk, and salt. Add in the cooled flour and mix to combine. Fold in chocolate chips.
