No Bake Desserts
I don’t know what the weather is like where you live but here in Washington state it is HOT! Like unusually hot and the last thing I want to do is turn my oven on.
I’m still the designated dessert maker for all the BBQ’s and celebrations so I had to come up with some no bake desserts.
I was really inspired by these beautiful chocolate peanut butter bars my friend, Ola made and asked if she would be willing share her recipe!
Luckily for all of us she was and I was able to remake them and share the recipe here:
No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
Thank you, Ola! Be sure to check out her instagram at Haji 3alula
I also made a festive chocolate bark to celebrate the Forth of July! A sweet, slightly salty and totally festive treat! Recipe here: 4th of July Chocolate Bark
Cheesecakes are always a favorite during the summer as they are a great way to showcase summer berries!
Here in Washington, U-Pick farms are commonplace and we love to pick our own berries, especially blueberries.
For these no bake cheesecakes I used 8 ounce jars! I love the layering of the different components.
Here is the recipe:
What are your favorite no bake recipes?
Have a Happy 4th of July! 🙂
The weather in Kuala Lumpur is hot too. One of the hardest Ramadan seasons as compared to last year. It has been raining for a few days recently but most the days, the heat is unbearable.
My favourite no bake recipe? Definitely my sister’s cheesecuits [biscuits + cream cheese cake like dessert] and also steamed chocolate cakes. Yummy! 😀
Eyyy Kuala Lumpurr
Hope you can stay cool!! 🙂
yeah iyaddd!
May Allah reward you for keeping your fast in such heat! That sounds delicious 🙂
InsyaAllah thanks Amanda! It is delicious!
Anyway, I am organising a charity event this Saturday in Kuala Lumpur where my friends and I will distribute food and drinks to the poors and homeless. Please pray for the smooth sailing of this project 🙂

All of these look delicious but those chocolate peanut butter bars look ridiculously good! Reese’s have always been my favorite candy, so I’m a little biased 🙂
